Interactive Guidebooks for Airbnbs

Our client needed a tool makes it easy for their staff to curate services for that VIPs guests no matter what perks they may require: room service, spa service, valet service, groceries delivered or extra cleaning, ride-hailing, pick-ups and drop-offs, access to private events or exclusive locations. The platform is built on a robust cloud environment with an extensible framework that makes it suitable for either homeowners, fine hotel and resorts, or serviced apartments with this web-based app, which acts as a traveling personal assistant. We created a custom design that responsively works on phones, tablets and computers without the need to download any app.  In select homes, the guidebook is loaded onto a tablet for the guests to use, making their stay even better.
